- •Built Aizaan.store's brand and platform achieving 1,000+ monthly visitors in 2 months, and delivered complete identity and website portfolio for Umbrella Interiors.
Led product design for AI SaaS platforms ( Omnimage, Retouched.ai, SentriMorph), taking concepts from 0 to 1 and driving a 45% organic traffic increase.
Key Achievements:
- •Conducted UX research and redesigned Retouched.ai, improving operational clarity and scaling image processing throughput from 4M to 6M images monthly.
- •Redesigned the internal ERP interface — reducing task time from 40 to 30 minutes and saving 167 staff hours per month, enabling team to handle higher work volumes and directly increasing monthly production and revenue.
Sold Apple products (iPhone, Mac, iPad) by matching devices to specific customer needs, resulting in high personal sales volume and increased attachment rates for accessories and services.
Key Achievements:
- •Educated customers through in-store sessions on the Apple ecosystem, simplifying complex features to drive product adoption and long-term brand loyalty.
- •Accelerated team performance by training and onboarding newer specialists, ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales approach that improved overall store efficiency.
Conducted user research with 3,600 healthcare staff through surveys and interviews, translating findings into clearly framed problem statements.

- •Redesigned key areas of the internal VCH dashboard using Figma, resulting in a 25% increase in user engagement and a 15% improvement in satisfaction score.
- •Co-designed and prototyped an educational epilepsy learning module using Articulate 360, applying empathy-driven design and agile iteration to deliver a polished patient experience
